Cliff W. Pepper

Cliff Pepper is the Executive Director of Campbell-Stone retirement communities. Serving nearly 600 residents, he guides this mission-driven organization with a focus on the quality of life and lifestyle needs of today’s retirement generation. Cliff also manages Campbell-Stone Christian Centers, the development and fundraising vehicle for Campbell-Stone.
Cliff is a past recipient of the Award of Honor and Leadership Award from Aging Services of Georgia. Cliff is active with the Sandy Springs Business Association, Leadership Sandy Springs, Aging Services of Georgia and the North Fulton County Chamber of Commerce. His previous professional activities included serving on the Georgia Gerontology Society’s program planning committee, serving on the Board of Directors for Aging Services of Georgia, and serving as a representative to the House of Delegates of the American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging (AAHSA).
Cliff is a graduate of Georgia State University with degrees in Psychology and Gerontology. Cliff achieved his Certified Aging Services Professional designation through the University of North Texas and obtained National Compliance Professional-Executive status through the Housing Credit College.
Cliff is an enthusiastic sports fan and a volunteer soccer coach. He enjoys music, cooking, art and spending time with his family and friends.
